A Shot A Day – 2018(TDN) (03/03/2018)
High Desert Pass
Anza Borrego provides a wide sweeping view of desert terrain, ranging from barren scrubs, to deeply carved valleys, to soaring mountain passes. Definitely worth the visit and certainly a host location for future photographic workshops.

Technique And Composition:
A storm front was moving in when I shot this image. I knew that the colors and the light were going to be subtle, but I really wanted to catch a direct shot of the sun in the clouds.
An aperture of f/16 ensure a nice star to the sun and gave me the additional lens flare that I wanted.
