Technique And Composition:

Often when I see dramatic skies like this, I feel that a long exposure frame is in order.

If you get lucky, the clouds go in the right direction and you get a nice diagonal pull into the center of your frame. These clouds may seem to be contradictory to the direction one might want, but I feel the build great layers in the correct direction.
