As we scurried along in Yellowstone National Park on a day that was -17 degrees, I couldn’t help but be captivated by this bison covered in glistening frost. From our recent Yellowstone Winter workshop.

Sometimes you have to go with your gut, I chose to crop this image as a square to feature the Bison’s face in the middle third section of the frame.
